Complaining to the NHS

From 1 July 2023, NHS England delegated responsibility for complaints and patient feedback relating to primary care services, to local ICBs.

Patients and members of the public should still contact the provider directly for the majority of feedback, but where they may wish to provide feedback or make a complaint regarding the commissioning of primary care services, this should be directed to the ICB.
